1. Enrollment & Admission

Admission is subject to eligibility and document verification.

Fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plan.

Fees are non-refundable, except under rare academy-defined exceptions.
2. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and follow dress codes during sessions.

Damage to academy property will be chargeable.

Attendance of at least 75% is mandatory for certification.
3. Courses & Content

Curriculum is subject to periodic updates for industry relevance.

Course materials (videos, notes) are proprietary and may not be distributed.

Photography or video recording during sessions requires permission.
4. Certificates

Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course modules, practicals, and attendance requirements.
5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, course materials, and website content are property of Stardust Makeup Academy.

Reuse or reproduction without consent is prohibited.
6. Promotions and Photos

We may use student photos/videos from classes or events for promotional purposes on social media, brochures, or website.

Students can opt out by notifying us in writing.
7. Liability Disclaimer

The academy is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

We ensure high-quality education, but job placements or career outcomes are not guaranteed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karad/Satara courts.
